Yes, Poulsbo does have live music and a very active music scene near the waterfront.  There are at least 6 places that you can consistently hear music.  Blue City has perfromed live in Poulsbo at the Treehouse Lounge and there are many other venues as well.

We suggest visiting Poulsbo any night of the week, walk through downtown, and find the location that sounds the best.  Remember not to drink and drive but enjoy the boats, waterfront, and down town music sence.
